Outdoor Praise Service

During the summer months, we "move" our regular 11:00 worship outdoors. We worship by the band shell at City Park. There will be transportation for those who may have a difficult time going up and down the hill. Come as you are. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy worshipping in this beautiful outdoor setting. We'll also continue with our worship opportunity at Carlos State Park.

If the weather is rainy, we'll make a decision by 9:00 a.m. and the announcement will be made on KXRA radio to move the service back to the sanctuary at 11:00.

Otherwise ... put on your sunglasses and sunscreen, and join us down by the water at City Park for worship each Sunday morning.

Green Tip: City Park services offer hot coffee and cold lemonade, so, when you grab your blanket or lawn chair, consider grabbing your beverage container too! This will help reduce the amount of Styrofoam cups used which when disposed of take an incredibly long time to break down in the environment.

Directions to City Park in Alexandria: Take Hwy 29 North out of Alexandria. Turn left at the "Y" (by Holiday gas station), then left again on City Park Road which is across from TCBY and Subway.
