| The goals of Community Preschool are to provide a warm environment with activities appropriate for each age group, to offer experiences in math, reading, music, science exploration and creative art, and to prepare the children for their next step in the world of education.
Classes for young 3’s to young 4’s – Classes are 3 hours per day. (child must be 3 by September 1, 2011) Monday/Wednesday morning for 3 year olds, 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday/Thursday morning for 3 year olds, 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday/Thursday afternoon for 3 year olds, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. If these three classes fill, we will add another class: Monday/Wednesday afternoon Classes for 4’s and 5’s – Classes are 3 hours per day. (child must be 4 by September 1, 2011) Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning for 4 and 5 year olds, 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday/Thursday morning for 4 and 5 year olds, 9 a.m. to noon Monday/Wednesday afternoon for young 4’s and 5 year olds, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday/Thursday afternoon for 4 and 5 year olds, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon may be added to a 2 day class if the numbers allow. It would include enrichment of material covered in a 2 day class. If you would like to visit our school, or would like more information, call Kristie Stratton at 763-5293.
We will again be participating in the "Back to School Blessing" and will have our giant backpack by the parking lot door and would gratefully accept donations for our students. Things we can always use are: glue sticks, Kleenex, washable Crayola markers, paper towels and batteries (AA or A). If you would like to make a monetary donation, please use a pew envelope and mark it Preschool or mail it to the church. We appreciate your support and prayers for our school, students and teachers. We're looking ahead to 2012-2013! Look over this list of classes we MAY be offering next year!
